Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry , is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join their Business Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance professional looking to make a meaningful impact across operations, safety, and regulatory processes in a fast-paced construction environment. Duties: Responsible for ensuring the business meets its legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance obligations. Support the development and implementation of compliance systems, contribute to maintaining ISO certifications, and ensure key business activitiesfrom fleet to training and auditsare well-documented and aligned with industry best practices. Develop and implement internal compliance frameworks (e.g. right to work, fleet, plant, and training) Support the SHEQ team in maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards Maintain up-to-date compliance records and support internal/external audits Maintain accurate records across fleet, plant and equipment, training, accident statistics, and office H&S Act as the central point of contact for compliance-related queries and support Identify risks or non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions Produce compliance performance reports Education & Experience Degree qualified 35 years in a high-level administrative or compliance role, preferably within construction or a similar environment Familiar with ISO management systems and audit requirements We're seeking a Compliance Officer with sharp attention to detail, strong ethics, and the ability to work independently across multiple compliance areas.
