The Multi Trade Role: Were seeking reliable and adaptableMulti-Trade operatives to deliver a variety of maintenance tasks in occupied and void properties. Youll work a flexible 5-day week that includes both Saturday and Sunday as standard working days, with two rest days during the week. This pattern supports our 7-day service model and is ideal for those who prefer working weekends with quieter access or personal flexibility mid-week. Multi Trade Key Responsibilities: Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites Deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs across multiple trades, including: Kitchen and bathroom repairs Fixing leaks, taps, and minor plumbing issues Replacing door handles, locks, and window fittings Tiling, patch plastering, and general decorative works Attend appointments on time and maintain professional conduct in tenant-occupied homes Use our digital job management system to log job progress and completion details Multi Trade Skills & Experience Required: Competence across several core trades, including: Basic plumbing Carpentry (minor works) Tiling Patch plastering and decorating Good customer service skills and experience working in occupied homes Additional trade skills (e.g. flooring, fencing, external works) highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Full UK driving licence Own tools for the trades you carry out TPBN1_UKTJ
