TXM Recruit is proud to be partnering with a leading engineering organisation to recruit an Electronics Technician. Youll be joining a supportive team where youll assist in the development, testing, and delivery of high-quality electronic products used across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities: Support the engineering and design teams in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems. Assist with prototype builds, wiring, soldering, and functional testing of circuits and boards. Work with engineers to understand customer requirements and ensure that products meet specification and quality standards. Help prepare technical documentation, test reports, and work instructions. Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace while following all health and safety procedures. Collaborate with colleagues across engineering, production, and customer support to ensure smooth project delivery. What Were Looking For: Around 12 years hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, or maintenance (including academic or placement experience). Strong practical skills with electronic tools and test equipment (e.g. multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering). Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced engineers. ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
