WHAT YOULL DO As a Project Manager, youll play a central role in delivering exceptional live event experiences . Youll be working across a wide portfolio of projects from sleek boardroom productions to jaw-dropping stage shows and no two days will be the same. Youll handle it all: from the client brief through to showtime with the support of a highly experienced in-house team. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the planning and execution of live events across the UK and occasionally overseas Attending client meetings, site visits and production briefings Designing technical and creative solutions tailored to each event Producing quotes, CAD drawings, schedules, visuals and pitch documents Coordinating crew, logistics, kit and transport using resource management tools Managing on-site delivery and being the go-to person during events Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards Building client relationships and seeking out future opportunities WHAT YOULL NEED Looking for someone with experience in the live events industry and a natural flair for pulling all the pieces together. You should have: A strong understanding of AV, sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and set Proven success in delivering complex, high-quality corporate events Excellent client-facing and communication skills Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects A proactive mindset and the confidence to lead from the front A good sense of humour we work hard but dont take ourselves too seriously A full UK driving licence WHY JOIN?
