Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor for a well known distribution organisation in Stafford. This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available. You will be required to work rotating shifts - 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00. In order to be considered for this role, you will: Be able to communicate effectively with your team Ensure you display and instil a 'can-do' attitude Ensure compliance to SOPs Ensure all internal / external KPI's are achieved and reviewed regularly Complete 'tool box' talks and set the team for the shift ahead Co-ordinate handovers between shifts Translate, analyse and deliver customer requirements effectively Deliver consistent service levels Be responsible for all health and safety Skills and requirements: You must have experience in a similar role Have excellent time management skills Have strong analytical and numerical skills Be an excellent communicator Knowledge of health and safety requirements Work without direct supervision Be comfortable with the use of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (rotating weekly).
