Electrical Site Manager Central London | Up to 55,000 + Private Healthcare + Season Ticket Loan We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the engineering maintenance team for a prestigious law firm client in Central London. This is a key role leading a team of six engineers, ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage and motivate a team of 6 engineers across electrical, mechanical, and building services. Oversee delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure all reactive works are completed promptly. Act as client-facing lead, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service excellence. Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies. Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives on site. Candidate Requirements Fully qualified electrician NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential). Strong technical background with proven supervisory or management experience. Excellent knowledge of PPM systems, compliance, and engineering best practice. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, client-focused approach.
