Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Wolverhampton. Are you an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with experience in new build, fit out and refurbishment projects up to 6 million You must have 2 years UK Construction experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, have a full UK driving licence and live within an 1 hour of Stafford to be considered for this position. This position has just been given the green light by the MD The Company Exclusively working with a Flagship Regional contractor based in the Wolverhampton / Shropshire area. We are looking to recruit an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our flagship office on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join one of the most successful Contractors in the Midlands who are Investors in people and are passionate about promoting from within. The role In your new job as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will initially manage 3-4 sites simultaneously and take overall accountability and responsibility for the Commercial aspects of the projects. Duties include Assisting in training of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Estimators. Experience You will have a proven track record of working for and taking commercial responsibility for projects / developments within a Contractor. You will be highly organised and able to work well under pressure, you will be motivated, ambitious with an eye for detail. A Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator has just been promoted to Director after 2 years. This leaves an exciting OPPORTUNITY for the right individual.
