Now, were looking for a strategic, commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team. Youll be at the heart of decision-makingpartnering with our People, Risk, Finance, and Pricing teams to drive performance, challenge thinking, and influence strategy. Youll work closely with senior leaders, including Executive Directors, to translate business plans into financial outcomes and deliver insights that matter. Youll be the go-to expert for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), helping shape multi-year forecasts, optimise operational spend, and support strategic initiatives across a 300m income base. Expect variety, visibility, and impact. Were not hung up on titles. You dont need to have been a Finance Business Partner beforebut you do need the right mindset and experience. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with post-qualification experience in FP&A or management accounting Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to communicate complex financial insights with clarity and confidence Commercial acumen and a forward-looking approach to financial performance Comfortable working with budgeting systems and financial tools Desirable: Experience in insurance, risk-based businesses, or healthcare Exposure to strategic planning, pricing, or actuarial environments Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements.
