What You Will Do: Be the face of our catering operation, providing a welcoming and efficient service to all customers, both internal and external. You'll be crafting high-quality beverages in one of our four cafes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. Assist with the daily running of our catering outlets, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management. Collaborate with the kitchen team on food preparation and service, ensuring a seamless flow between front and back of house. Champion food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to HACCP procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
