Key Responsibilities Maintain and update technical databases and process control documents. Prepare and manage KPI and quality reports for operational teams. Track and analyse microbiological, chemical, and shelf-life data. Log and follow up on customer complaints and enquiries. Support audit preparation and assist during audits. Coordinate site visits and maintain office documentation. Perform general administrative duties. KPIs & Outputs Timely completion of KPI reports and product analysis. Up-to-date technical databases. Effective complaint handling and reporting. Continuous Improvement & People Support root cause analysis through data trending. Promote team communication and engagement. Environmental & Safety Responsibilities Follow health & safety procedures and promote safe working practices. Support environmental initiatives including waste reduction and energy efficiency. Skills & Experience Essential: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous admin experience in a busy office. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
