Role : Car Sales Executive Location : Stevenage Package Basic : 20k with generous commission (52.5k OTE) Are you passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences ? Were looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our client's team in Stevenage . This is your chance to be the heart of the dealership, ensuring every customer's car-buying journey is exceptional from start to finish. What You'll Do Be the key point of contact for customers, building rapport and understanding their needs as they look to purchase a new car. Provide an outstanding and consistent level of service , making sure the customer experience is right the first time, every time. Communicate clearly and effectively to support and guide customers through the sales process. Work a flexible pattern, which will typically include weekends, to meet our customers' needs and ensure the highest possible service levels. What We're Looking For We are seeking a candidate who: Has a minimum of a customer service or sales background, ideally within a retail environment. Takes pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and has a genuine passion for service . Possesses strong interpersonal skills. Hold a full and valid UK driving licence (this will be of benefit to the role).
