Finance Business Partner | Outskirts of Maidstone | 50k + excellent benefits We are working with a well-established and highly regarded Kent business to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who enjoys combining detailed financial analysis with strategic business partnering to support operational and fundraising activities. The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take responsibility for financial management across multiple divisions internally. This will include monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and supporting continuous improvement in performance and efficiency. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders to provide clear insight into financial performance and to ensure the organisation delivers maximum value for money across its services. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate and timely management information and analysis each month. Analyse costs, identify variances, and provide challenge and recommendations for improvement. Lead the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring robust and evidence-based assumptions. Support the preparation of financial appraisals and business cases for new initiatives. Contribute to the year-end process, audits, and system improvements. The Candidate Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can combine technical financial skills with strong communication and business partnering abilities. Youll be comfortable working across multiple teams, providing insight and challenge to drive effective decision-making.
