Senior Associate - Real Estate (5+ PQE) Location: London or Liverpool Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits Flexible/Hybrid Working Our client, a leading international law firm renowned for its innovative approach and cross-border capability, is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to take on complex, high-profile work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The Role As a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team, you'll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and landlord and tenant work. You'll advise clients from a variety of sectors on major UK and international transactions, often collaborating with colleagues across planning, construction, and finance disciplines. You'll also play a key role in supervising junior team members and contributing to the team's continued success through business development and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial property agreements, including leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts. Manage landlord and tenant matters such as licences to assign, underlet, and alter, as well as deeds of variation and rent deposit deeds. Support large-scale transactions, including conditional sales, portfolio disposals, and complex financing structures. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees. Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the firm's business development initiatives. About You Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property. Strong technical, drafting, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach to problem-solving. Experience engaging directly with clients and supporting business development activity.
