This role focuses on driving local GB strategic initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and ensuring business needs are fully met. You will contribute to delivering key projects, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving processes to secure value delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead the design, testing, piloting, and deployment of Power Apps and Showpad tools in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives to align service lines with commercial objectives.Strategic Stakeholder EngagementInfluence and challenge key stakeholders across the business to drive a diverse agenda.Proactively collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business goals.Deliver clear, concise communication across commercial business units.Continuous Process ImprovementIdentify areas for intervention and opportunities for improvement.Drive the adoption of commercial tools by:Deploying and customizing tools for market needs.Bridging gaps with central teams.Performing change management to build capabilities and foster cultural engagement.Gathering and incorporating user feedback to optimise tools.Field EnablementSupport Field Sales/National Teams in achieving their goals by:Collecting business requirements and ensuring operational standards are upheld.Providing in-market support to overcome commercial barriers.Coordinating with teams to enhance efficiency and deliverables.LETS TALK ABOUT YOU!Were looking for an adaptable and proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and excels in building strong relationships.
