Quantity Surveyor Facades Romsey, Hampshire Salary up to 55,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension Blaymires Recruitment is working with a specialist Facades Contractor based near Romsey who is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The company delivers a wide range of faade solutions, including rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, steel framing systems, insulated render , and wall panelling . Operating across the South West and London , their projects typically range in value from 500K to 10M . With several new projects about to commence, the company is looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor with main contracting or faade experience to support their continued success. The Role: Take full commercial responsibility for the financial control of allocated projects. Work with JCT and NEC forms of contract. Prepare and submit applications for payment in line with contract requirements. Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and valuations. Prepare and issue delay notices as required under contract terms. Manage and process monthly subcontractor payments. Identify, price, and agree variations. Negotiate and agree final accounts with main contractors. Undertake site measurements and valuations. Experience Required: Previous experience within facades, cladding, glazing, or roofing sectors desirable. Solid understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts. Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor. On Offer: Competitive salary up to 55,000. Car allowance. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays. Professional and supportive working environment.
