Locations: Leeds LS10 & Bradford BD4 area (you'll be based from either site) What You'll Earn & When Hourly rate: 14.39 Overtime pay: 18.71/hr after 45 hrs/week Bonus opportunity: Earn an extra 10 daily for excellent attendance & meeting safety/operational standards Bonus: 250 after 2 weeks work Schedule & Hours Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: Early starts ~6:00 AM, finish ~4:00 PM Week total: 50-55 hours (lots of overtime opportunity) If you have experience driving heavy vehicles, especially tipper trucks, this role will have you: Operating a 32-tonne tipper safely for yard-to-yard transfers of waste materials Loading, securing, and tipping loads in line with strict safety & site protocols Planning efficient routes to keep things running smoothly Conducting vehicle checks, reporting faults, and using a tablet/digital system for daily records Delivering top-quality, customer-focused service every time Always keeping health & safety, environmental and road-regulation compliance front and centre What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence + Driver CPC Digital tachograph card Proven HGV driving experience (waste or construction industry preferred) Previous tipper experience is a bonus Exceptional safety mindset & strong communication skills Ability to perform manual tasks and work safely with PPE What's in It for You Competitive pay + generous overtime for extra hours Attendance + Safety Bonus: extra reward for being reliable and safe Job stability with a permanent contract Full uniform & PPE supplied Proper training, career development & support from a team that cares Work in a company where safety, respect and professionalism are part of your day TPBN1_UKTJ
