The Role: As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will: Manage your own caseload independently, delivering best-practice assessments and treatment interventions. Work across a varied inpatient caseload, including PICU, cardiac, NICU, and rehabilitation. Support outpatients with needs such as neurorehab, autism, sensory processing, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and seating assessments. Supervise junior staff and work closely with the Lead OT on service development and exciting new projects. Contribute to the continuous growth of the department while broadening your own expertise. What Youll Bring: HCPC registration. Degree in Occupational Therapy. Experience working as a Band 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist. Strong background in inpatient and hospital-based settings. Demonstrated involvement in service development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
