Job Title: Panel Technician Location: Guildford, GU1 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am start, 40 hours per week Salary: 37,000 62,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Start Date: October 2025 Holiday Allowance: 25 days The Role Were looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join a leading accident repair centre in Guildford. Youll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and an exceptional customer experience. In this role, youll use your technical expertise to complete high-standard repairs, support colleagues, and identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and repair quality. Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality panel repairs in line with manufacturer standards. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain workshop performance targets. Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members. Contribute to process improvement and maintain a customer-focused approach. Skills & Experience Essential: Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Desirable: ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification. Experience working with a range of makes and models.
