Fire & Security Engineer Dorchester Clear path to 45K. Training, travel time, and a van that's not falling apart. What's on offer Up to 36,000 basic salary (depending on experience) OTE up to 45,000 (includes OT, call-out, travel time, bonus) Paid travel time (after first 30 mins) Company van with secure storage + fuel card Tools and full uniform supplied 6 paid training days per year Access to internal and external training courses The role You'll be servicing and maintaining fire and security systems across the Dorchester patch, covering both planned and reactive visits. There's support with van stock, regular team updates, and training to keep you sharp on systems and regs. What you'll need You'll need a background in electrical or electronic systems, experience with fire and/or security kit, a full UK driving license, and be happy to go through enhanced DBS checks.
