The role is offering 37,000 - 42,000 p/a with an annual bonus of up to 10% and overtime available, with additional training & development opportunities offered on a regular basis. What you'll do: Program and operate advanced CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision components essential for mould tooling and production support across various departments. Set up CNC lathe machines by selecting appropriate tooling, configuring fixtures, and adjusting parameters to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Develop, refine, and optimise lathe programs using SolidCAM or equivalent CAM software to achieve precise machining outcomes for complex turned parts.
