These roles are critical to supporting business objectives through the development of practical, innovative solutions and effective coordination across cross-functional teams. Engineers will be responsible for resolving customer issues related to ADMS & AEMS products , ensuring system performance and reliability. ?? Primary Responsibilities: Address customer issues and concerns with ADMS applications including SCADA, DMS, OMS . Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate and resolve system performance issues. Provide ongoing support for defect management and conduct root cause analysis. Execute FAT/SAT testing scripts , analyze results, and categorize defects. Manage setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and synchronization. Implement best practices for replication, ensuring high availability , data integrity , and disaster recovery . Monitor replication performance and troubleshoot related issues. ?? Secondary Skillset: Hands-on experience with ADMS products such as DMS Applications , DNAF , OMS , Storm Assist , and DER . Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to meet business needs.
