Vehicle Paint Sprayer (Class 4/7) Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Pay Rate: 1417 per hour Hours: MondayFriday (Flexible start times: 08:0017:00 / 08:3017:30 / 09:0018:00) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Company Interaction Recruitment is working in partnership with one of the UK's fastest-growing Class 4 & 7 motor vehicle traders and resellers. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayers to join their skilled team in Kettering. Benefits Package Company uniform Pension scheme Overtime available midweek and weekends Internal promotion and training opportunities Employee discount scheme & healthcare plan 28 days annual leave (including public holidays) Ongoing training and development Key Responsibilities Prepping and painting Class 4 & 7 vehicles to a high standard Masking, priming, sanding, and finishing using various paint techniques Ensuring all work meets company and industry quality standards Working closely with other technicians to meet deadlines and maintain workflow Attending training sessions as required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in vehicle painting and prepping Experience working on Class 4 & 7 vehicles preferred Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Refinishing) desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Team player with a proactive attitude ________________________________________ Interested?
