Repairs Planner Worcester Minimum 3-Month Contract 15.00 - 18.00 per hour Immediate Start Are you an experienced Repairs Planner or Scheduler looking for your next contract? Our Worcester based client is seeking a motivated individual to join their busy team, ensuring responsive repairs are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time. Role Overview: Schedule and coordinate responsive repairs to social housing properties Liaise with operatives, contractors, and residents to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor workloads and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and priorities Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a repairs planning/scheduling role within social housing (essential) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of jobs Confident communicator, both with tenants and operatives Ability to start immediately and commit to the 3-month contract If youre proactive, organized, and ready to hit the ground running, wed love to hear from you.
