Senior Quantity Surveyor Southam Salary: 65,000 85,000 + Package Leading Main Contractor Heavy civils schemes The Opportunity We are working with a billion-pound turnover civil engineering main contractor, recognised for delivering some of the UKs most complex and prestigious infrastructure schemes. Due to continued growth and the award of a flagship civil engineering project in Southam, we are recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial aspects of a major civil engineering project from start to completion Oversee procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations, and final accounts Provide accurate cost forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, risk management, and financial controls Work closely with the project director, site teams, and client representatives to ensure commercial success Lead and mentor junior members of the commercial team About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects (20m+ value) Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure Ambitious with a drive for progression within a tier one main contractor environment Whats on Offer Salary 65,000 80,000 (DOE) plus leading package Opportunity to work on a flagship civil engineering project in Southam Genuine progression to Managing QS and Commercial Manager roles Join a contractor with a strong pipeline of major infrastructure projects across the UK TPBN1_UKTJ
