Looking for a dynamic Quantity Surveyor Estimator to join our team, must have some experience in Drylining & Plastering and preferably Screeding and Render.Projects are mainly high-end new build residential with some refurb and commercial projects, ranging from £50k to £500kIdeal candidate will be a team player, organised, pay attention to detail, flexible approach, able to prioritise workloads and the ability to work closely with others but also self-motivated.Good communication skills essential at all levels, the ability to maintain customer relationships, work closely with site supervisors and senior management, keeping all informed-on project detailsDuties include, but not limited to:Contract Pricing/EstimatingContract review and negotiationMaterial & Labour BudgetsManage variations & Extras for the duration of each contractMaterial ordering and sourcingMonthly applicationsFinal AccountsYou will be part of a small but well-established company, where our goal is to all work together to ensure projects run smoothly, to programme and within budget.
