Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insight and guidance on workforce planning and organisational development. Staying ahead of legislative changes and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives and supporting key organisational change programmes. What We're Looking ForCIPD Level 7 qualification Proven experience in senior-level talent acquisition and HR strategy. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and emerging HR technologies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board level. A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and process improvement. Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
