Senior Building Surveyor - Central London (St Paul's) An established consultancy in Central London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team. The role offers a strong mix of professional and project work, with a particular emphasis on residential and commercial property. What's involved: You'll be working across a wide portfolio that includes: Full RICS Level 3 Building Surveys Pre-purchase surveys for high-value assets Listed building projects A blend of commercial and residential instructions The role is designed for someone who is confident leading instructions, liaising directly with clients and delivering work to the highest technical standards.
