Position - Quality Assurance AdvisorLocation - Labman HQ SeamerSalary - From 36,000 - 44,000, based on experience.Labman Automation is a globally recognised, award-winning company based in North Yorkshire. With demand growing fast, we''re expanding our team.The OpportunityWe''re seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Advisor to drive quality across the business. You''ll lead audits, streamline processes, support compliance, and champion continuous improvement.If you''re detail-focused and want to make a real impact in an innovative, global company, we want to hear from you. What you will doSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standardsReview and manage all quality related processes, including customer feedback, internal auditing and CAPA investigationsOversee and support the implementation of quality control measures across engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and best practicesInvestigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Ensure robust documentation practices across the QMS, including audit trails, change control, and training recordsAssist with internal audits and prepare for customer or third-party auditsPartner with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to quality standards and embed continuous improvement in all processesChampioning quality systems across the businessEnsuring process compliance as well as product conformityLiaising with regulatory bodies or certifying agenciesPromote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the businessWhat You''ll BringWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.Experience within GMP, GxP, or regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) would be advantageous.Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA, and document control.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Company Benefits:33 days annual holiday (raising to 38 over 5 years) inc. public holidays.5% employer pension paid on full salaryAviva HealthcareTravel opportunities in various rolesEnhanced maternity Pay (long service applicable)Enhanced Paternity leaveCPD support and annual subscription to appropriate body covered.Free inhouse gym, squash, bouldering wall, and countless clubsCulture:At Labman, innovation is at the heart of everything we do.
