Job Description You will be required to be responsible for your own varied and diverse caseload within the Probate and Private Client Department.Your workload will include probate matters, inheritance tax and estate planning, wills and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney applications.Whilst you will be expected to work on your own initiative, you will be part of our Private Client Team and you will be able to consult with other solicitors whenever support is required.You will develop a good working relationship with local accountants, financial advisors, estate agents and valuers to enable you to liaise with them effectively for the benefit of our clients.You will also be encouraged to identify any further training or qualifications you may wish to undertake to enhance your professional development which will be funded by the firm and supported by your colleagues.
