Wills & Probate Fee-Earner - ChichesterAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wills & Probate Fee-Earner (3+ PQE) to join a well-established private client team in Chichester. This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment, providing hands-on experience across probate, estate administration, and related private client matters.The RoleAs a Wills & Probate Fee-Earner, you will:Manage probate and estate administration, from basic estates below the inheritance tax threshold to complex taxable estates requiring IHT400 forms and relevant schedules.Assist clients with estate and tax planning, including Wills, trusts, lifetime giving, and Living Wills.Prepare Powers of Attorney and undertake Court of Protection work, including managing finances and applications for relevant benefits where appropriate.Advise on administration of trusts, care home contracts, preserving assets, and home care considerations.Work with a diverse client base, including older clients and high-net-worth individuals, providing a high level of care and support.We're Looking For2+ years' PQE in Wills & Probate or related private client work.Flexible, self-sufficient team player with excellent client care skills.Strong IT skills and confident in using case management systems.Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a busy, client-focused environment.What's In It For YouCompetitive salary (dependent on experience).Full-time, permanent role based in Chichester with free parking.Generous holiday allowance: starting at 25 days per year, increasing annually up to 30 days, plus Christmas closure and an additional birthday day.Private healthcare available after a qualifying period.Employer pension contributions via auto-enrolment.Supportive, client-focused, and collaborative team culture.Apply NowIf you are a Wills & Probate Fee-Earner (3+ PQE) looking to develop your career within a supportive and established private client team in Chichester, apply today to find out more about this opportunity.
