You’ll also oversee quality standards, helping us understand and improve management practices across our supply chain. We’re growing fast—and we want you to grow with us.Based in Tandragee with Travel across N.I, ROI & UKKey ResponsibilitiesGrower & Supplier ManagementManage all aspects of oat purchasing and supply Manage contracts and specifications for NI, ROI, and GB Based growersLiaise with organic and conventional suppliers to schedule oat deliveries, despatches, and certificationsHandle enquiries from prospective oat growers and maintain regular communication with existing suppliersOrganise and attend grower visits, events, and mill toursSupport NI Growers Bolt-on audits and help resolve non-conformancesCrop & Farm EngagementVisit farms to walk oat crops before harvest, inspecting for quality, ripeness, and any issues affecting yieldCollect oat samples on farm and conduct lab testing for moisture, weight, and other quality indicatorsRecord and report sample results to farmers and suppliers, including organic partnersCarry out farm surveys to gather data on crop management practices (planting, fertilising, harvesting)Compare farm practices with oat quality results to identify trends and support better growing decisionsManage oat rejections and coordinate cleaning, drying, or redirection to animal feed customersLogistics & Supply Chain CoordinationPlan and arrange oat deliveries to the mill with growers, hauliers, and internal teamsCreate and manage haulage paperwork, purchase orders, and grower billing documentation; coordinate payment processingTrack oat intake, rejections, and byproducts using custom spreadsheetsCoordinate payments for handling, drying, and haulage servicesSales of oat co-products & Market EngagementProspect and manage sales of oat feed and oat bedding (includes attendance at agri events );Coordinate deliveries across NI, ROI, and the GB and maintain tracking recordsConduct grain market research and maintain supplier communicationsReporting & Internal CollaborationAttend daily meetings to support intake and operational planningPrepare monthly management reports Update COI sheets for organic despatches and sample resultsAssist with oat sourcing and supply planning
