This critical role involves managing a high-volume workload, providing technical support and building strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact.Responsibilities:Plan and allocate technicians to customer site visits based on skill setsManage a high-volume workload, ensuring resource allocation and processing of work ordersProvide technical support to technician and troubleshooting issuesCollaborate with internal and external teams, fostering relationships through exceptional customer serviceDiagnose system problems during installation and servicing, working closely with internal teams to resolve issuesIdentify areas for sales opportunity improvementUsing CRM and operational systems, to generate reportsAssist service/hire desk and customer care teams with administration during peak timesWho They’re Looking For:Experience in a service or field-based technician role - desiredStrong understanding of customer service principlesExcellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationshipsStrong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency using customer service software, CRM systems, MS Office and diagnostic softwareIf you’re looking for a challenging role with genuine opportunities for growth, apply now and take your career to the next level.
