Site Agent – Contract – Up to £425/day – WokingAre you a hands-on Site Agent or Senior Site Agent with Tier 1 experience?Do you thrive on taking ownership of complex water treatment projects from day one?If you’re ready to make a real impact on an early-stage AMP 8 upgrade, this could be the perfect contract for you.This role is outside of IR35, offering a 12-month plus contract, working on a chemical dosing / water treatment upgrade. Responsibilities include:Managing site teams and resource allocationOverseeing packages of work and controlling changes in scopeProviding engineering solutions and supporting design to build deliveryAttending meetings with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractorsProducing progress and performance reportsConducting audits and maintaining site diariesEnsuring RAMS, permits, inductions, and safety briefings are completed correctlyYour Profile:Experienced Site Agent / Senior Site Agent with Tier 1 project experienceStrong communication, IT, and resource management skillsCivil engineering background (HND/Degree preferred)SMSTS, CSCS, valid driving licenceFit and able to perform site activities on an environmentally sensitive siteExperience in water / wastewater projects desirable but not essentialIf you’re ready to take ownership on site, work closely with a tight-knit team, and be part of a significant AMP 8 upgrade, don’t wait.
