Maintenance Electrician Holborn 45,000 - 47,000 We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to cover a commercial complex in Holborn. The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of plant systems in landlord areas, ensuring all systems are compliant, safe, and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks Emergency lighting testing and remedial Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems Maintaining accurate records and documentation Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery Requirements: Fully qualified in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential) Previous experience working on plant systems in commercial buildings (landlord areas) Strong understanding of electrical systems and components Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently Valid UK driving licence (essential) Package & Benefits: 45,000 - 47,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8am5pm Mobile phone, PDA, uniform, and specialist tools provided Pension scheme Opportunities for career development and training Supportive and employee-focused company culture Posted by Luke Clark TPBN1_UKTJ
