Competitive salary & bonus scheme Life cover & contributory pension Access to a comprehensive employee benefits platform Strong commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and professional development Be part of a 5 housebuilding operation with a focus on quality and innovation The Role: Maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and material handling systems Perform preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Ensure full compliance with HSE and LOTO procedures Carry out safety checks and maintain documentation Recommend process/equipment improvements to enhance performance Participate in shift-based cover and emergency call-outs as required About You: Previous experience in high-volume manufacturing (e.g. Automotive or Food) Strong background in electrical/mechanical engineering Robotics experience essential (e.g. KUKA, Fanuc) Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality standards Excellent fault-finding skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Flexible approach to shift work and business needs Ready to power up your career?
