The Nursery Development Manager role is 40 hours over 5 days per week, salary up to 47,500 per annum+ 3,900 car allowance per annum.nnIn this role you will be trusted and responsible for working with the nursery teams and Early Years Specialists to set strategic directions to continuouslyimprove the nurseries in their area through outstanding leadership and innovative practices and behaviours. You will also need to ensure high-quality care and education for children, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including safeguarding practices, and achieving financial and operational targets when deployed.
