Agile Medical is entering a period of exciting growth, following a company acquisition in 2023 and a new strategy focused on developing and launching more of our own manufactured products. Role overview: We are recruiting for a Production Manager to lead our factory operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, supervising, and driving quality in our production environment. The Production Manager will report to the Operations Director and lead a team of warehouse operatives to assemble and deliver product on time in full and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities of the Role: Plan weekly-monthly production schedules determining necessary materials, equipment and staffing required Coordinate purchasing of parts from approved suppliers Establish and ensure adherence to quality control standards Oversee compliance with company policies (ISO9001) and legal requirements related to Health & Safety Identify and implement improvements in processes andproductivity.
