Your Role Will Include: Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher Maintaining a focused , respectful classroom environment Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety Collecting completed work and reporting on the session Being a positive role model students look up to ? Requirements: 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) EWC registration (or willingness to register) A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed ??
