While AI models are becoming easier to build, it’s the diversity and richness of human input that will truly shape their future.The RoleThe Lead Product Manager will lead one of the core teams responsible for improving the experience of how customers engage with and access data. This platform is used by some of the world’s most innovative organisations and tech companies to train and improve AI systems. You will manage a small team of 2 Product Managers and user centred, commercially driven to build what is one of the most critical products for the business. Impact: The person in this role will set the direction for their product area, make key decisions, and work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers to bring ideas to life. Their work will directly affect how AI learns from real human input.What You’ll DoUnderstand customer needs and turn them into practical, valuable product features.Make decisions that balance experience, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.Remove obstacles that slow down progress and simplify complex problems.Work in close partnership with design, research, and engineering to test and improve ideas quickly.What You’ll NeedExperience leading product development in a technology company with some Scale-up experience being essentialKnowledge of the differences between building for businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C).Confidence in using data to guide decisions.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.Nice to HaveExperience in startups or fast-growing companies.Background in AI or machine learning.Involvement in the wider product management community.Why This Role is UniqueThis role offers the chance to influence how AI is built and trained, ensuring it reflects real human perspectives.
