Their technical manuals have been trusted worldwide for over 20 years and remain central to engineering and customer success.Now, they’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Lead Technical Author with team management experience to help drive the next phase of innovation across their documentation processes.The RoleAs the Technical Publications Manager / Lead Technical Author, you’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring a well-established team while also working hands-on to evolve documentation standards, tools, and delivery.
