This role will be based in our UK office in London.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on media/adtech operations professional to spearhead Veridooh’s operational launch into multiple markets around the world.As the Expansion Operations Director, you will lead the operational strategy and execution required to bring our product solution to life in new markets.Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the unique requirements of media owners and media agencies across each market, specifically focusing on Veridooh’s product solutions. You will also oversee the project management and onboarding of these stakeholders to ensure a seamless entry and ongoing support in new territories.In this role, you’ll bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and excel in managing multiple tasks, adapting quickly, and setting the foundation for our continued international success. In this dynamic role, you will work independently and thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating an owner mentality and a passion for making a difference.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Support Engineering) to ensure Veridooh is operationally ready and able to deliver amazing client experiences.What you’ll doYour day-to-day will involve:Planning: Develop and refine expansion plans, setting clear internal objectives and timelines for each market in a rapidly dynamic environment. This includes understanding the ways of OOH buying and the needs of media owners and media agencies in each new OOH market.Media Owner Management: Be responsible for the managing of day to day media owner relationships, enquiries and questions as well as ensuring new media owners are onboarded successfully with Veridooh.Project Management: Setup, coordinate and own both internal and external-facing projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are met.Process Creation and Documentation: Establish and document repeatable processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to streamline operations.Service Delivery: Act as the primary point of contact for operational challenges and provide solutions related to Veridooh’s service delivery to clients, to maintain momentum and minimise disruptions for all internal teams.Business Operations and Product Support: Serve as the local point of contact for sales operations and other business operations matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all market-specific needs are addressed and aligned with global business objectives and standards. This includes supporting the launch of new features into new markets.What you’ll bringIndustry Experience: Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in out-of-home (OOH) media, either with media owners, agencies, or specialists, bringing insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.Fast-Paced Experience: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ideally within the ad tech and/or media industry.Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to dive into the details while also driving high-level strategy and execution.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technologies and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our tools. Experience with google sheets/excel, project management, CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.Independent and Ambiguous Problem-Solver: Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
