We’re growing fast and are looking for someone with a commercial mindset to join our team and support client success from day one.Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with sales team members to manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.• Support the Account Management team in handling client requests and maintaining relationships• Deal with customer complaints and analyze the root cause to prevent it from happening again• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery• Monitor account performance and flag issues proactively• Attend client meetings and support follow-ups• Help identify opportunities for upselling and service improvementQualifications:A bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasksIn-depth knowledge of warehousing/delivery is highly preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externallyEnglish is the working language, yet Chinese(Mandarin)/Polish is a huge plusWhat We Offer:• A supportive team and mentoring culture• Exposure to key clients and exciting projects• Career development opportunities and on-the-job training
