HR Shared Service Administrator - 3-Month FTCSalary: c£28,000Location: Warrington, Cheshire - office-based, 5 days a weekStart Date: Immediate startWe're looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Administrator to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong administration and ER support experience to provide vital assistance during a key transformation project. The RoleAs HR Shared Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR administration across a range of activities, including:Preparing letters, contracts, and redundancy documentationSupporting the redundancy process, including running calculations and producing packsManaging first-tier HR queries (ER-related) and escalating where necessaryChecking contracts and finalising costsPrinting and sending out HR packsProviding day-to-day administrative support to managers and the wider HR teamThis role is fully office-based, and you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the project. About YouWe're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support.
