You'll be supporting a defined business unit while line managing a coordinator, making this an excellent opportunity for career progression.Key Responsibilities:Immigration & Visa Management:Coordinate visa applications, sponsorships, and international transfers while liaising with immigration solicitorsPayroll Oversight:Manage monthly payroll processes and collaborate with accounts team to ensure accuracyEmployee Relations:Provide end-to-end support on HR procedures including probation, family leave, PIPs, and contract changesHR Operations:Handle day-to-day queries, absence management, benefits administration, and employee data analysisLine Management:Mentor and manage the People & Talent CoordinatorProject Work:Lead and contribute to HR projects including policy development, HRIS improvements, and pay reviewsCompliance:Ensure all HR processes meet legal requirements and company standardsSkills & Experience:Proven HR Generalist/Advisor experience in a busy, dynamic environmentStrong understanding of the full HR lifecycle and employee relationsExperience managing or mentoring junior team membersCIPD Level 5 qualification (working towards or achieved)Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationExperience with immigration processes and visa applications preferredBenefits:Competitive salary packageFlexible working hours (8am-10am start, 5pm-7pm finish)Central London locationOpportunity to work in a creative, innovative environmentCareer development and progression opportunitiesCollaborative team of 10 professionalsExposure to international projects and transfers
