This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on quantitative research with client relationship building, in an environment where new ideas and technology play a central role.The OpportunityYou’ll join a highly talented and collaborative research team with deep expertise across political, social, and commercial projects. Working alongside colleagues in product, engineering, and commercial teams, you’ll deliver high-impact studies for a range of clients — from NGOs and think tanks to global consumer brands.This role is ideal if you want to take ownership of the full research process, from design to delivery, while helping to shape the evolution of tools, methods, and processes in a modern research environment.What You’ll Be DoingManaging multiple projects end-to-end, including questionnaire design, survey programming, fieldwork management, analysis, and reportingActing as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, answering queries, and delivering clear, actionable insightsDesigning and interpreting political opinion polls, as well as broader social and commercial researchSupporting proposal writing and capability presentations for prospective clientsMentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvementsExploring new approaches and tools, including AI-enabled methods, to enhance research deliveryWhat They’re Looking ForAround four years’ experience in social or political quantitative researchSkilled in questionnaire design, analysis specification, data table creation, and visualisationExperience in political opinion polling and interpreting resultsStrong client communication and stakeholder management skillsOrganised and capable of managing multiple concurrent projectsExperience with R or Python is an advantage, as is an interest in AI’s role in researchWhy This Role?Full ownership of projects from brief to deliveryOpportunity to work with a diverse and high-profile client baseScope to experiment with emerging methodologies and technologyJoin a growing, collaborative team in a scale-up environment with room to make an impactIf you want a hands-on, client-facing role where your work influences high-profile decisions and you’re encouraged to innovate, this could be a great next step.
