The RoleThis is a varied and high-profile role within a specialist development team. You will have the chance to work on complex, large-scale transactions and strategic projects across England and Wales. Matters will include:Land acquisitions for national and regional house buildersCollaboration agreements between developersDisposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developersStructuring and advising on funding arrangementsStrategic land and option agreementsUrban regeneration projects The PersonWe are seeking a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) with a strong background in real estate. Experience acting for housebuilders would be highly advantageous, but we are also keen to hear from commercial development lawyers who are motivated to specialise in residential development.
