Enso Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading healthcare partner in NI during their search for a talented Product Owner to join their team. If you are currently working as a Product Owner or Product Manager and seeking to take on a new opportunity, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is seeking to find a Product Owner with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their Belfast team. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership and responsibility over a busy suit of products. Our clients product set spans across multiple industries, with their healthcare product set gaining traction throughout the whole of UK and Ireland, which is where this role sits.As Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between the business, customers, and technical teams, ensuring that the product roadmap is clear, achievable, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and translate business needs into actionable user stories for the development team.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritisation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA.Define product vision and strategy in line with business objectives.Engage with clients and end users to understand their needs and pain points.Monitor and evaluate product performance, iterating where necessary.Act as a subject matter expert within the healthcare product space.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.Experience working within healthcare, tech, or SaaS environments would be highly desirable.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.Ideally, you will be familiar with SQL.
