Our close-knit team brings over 80 years of combined experience to the table, and we’ve built an enviable reputation across Yorkshire and beyond.With three specialist divisions, we’re solutions-focused, people-first, and never afraid to say “yes” to a challenge.We’ve evolved consistently over the last 20 years and pride ourselves on delivering smarter recruitment every step of the way.What will you be doing?In this dynamic role, you’ll work side-by-side with our director, playing a central part in the successful delivery of senior-level and specialist recruitment campaigns.Responsibilities include:Proactively sourcing and nurturing top-tier candidate talentEnsuring every candidate experiences a seamless and positive journeySupporting and co-leading client meetings and senior-level campaign briefingsCreating compelling client pitch decks and tailored documentationPreparing and managing candidate packs, briefs, and interview support materialInterviewing prospective candidates weekly in line with live assignmentsManaging and updating information on our CRM and premium LinkedIn toolsContributing to the growth of the division by generating leads and sharing market intelGenerating and analysing LinkedIn data to support sales insightsCollaborating with the wider team to maintain a joined-up service across all divisionsWhat we’re looking for:Experience in a client-focused or B2B role, recruitment experience would be idealStrong IT and document creation skills (PowerPoint, Word, Canva etc.)A methodical mindset – detail-oriented, organised and self-sufficientConfidence to work autonomously and creativelyDegree educated (bonus, not essential)Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms (preferred)What’s in it for you?Flexible hybrid working optionsCompetitive salary and benefits packageA warm, reputable brand to elevate your careerBirthday off, plus Christmas shutdownExtra holiday with service milestonesMonthly environmental support via Tree-nationRegular team socials, incentives & charity initiativesClear career progression and development opportunitiesThis is an exciting time to join our business and make a genuine impact.
