We are working with a global IFM service provider to appoint an Account Director for a complex estate in the Leeds area. Our client delivers hard 'soft FM to clients in both public & private sector and they have a reputation for technical excellence, innovation and a technology led approach. We are looking for a collaborative and client centric lead to manage the delivery of IFM services across site, key accountabilities include.Strategic leadership of the account and developing service delivery to future proof IFM servicesProviding operational over sight and ensuring compliant service delivery across multiple services linesCommercial and financial control of a large budget and P&L (10mil+)Developing board level relationships across a complicated stakeholder matrixLead, develop and mentor the management team and foster an environment of customer first service deliveryIdentifying commercial opportunities and contract growth initiatives.We are looking for a proven IFM Account Director, you must have a track record managing and delivering FM services at a senior level, experience of complex and compliant heavy contracts would be advantageous.
