We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Marketing Manager with proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering measurable results across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution to maximize ROI for diverse clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement PPC strategies tailored to individual client objectives.Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.Account & Client ManagementManage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met.Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.Performance OptimizationMonitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives as needed.Implement A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.Utilize conversion tracking and attribution models to measure ROI and improve efficiency.Reporting & InsightsPrepare and deliver regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.Translate data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Required Skills & ExperienceAgency Experience: Proven background working in a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts.PPC Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of delivering results.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio/Looker).Multitasking Ability: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.Communication: Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and provide actionable recommendations.Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.Desired AttributesResults-driven, with a proactive approach to campaign optimization.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for ad creatives and testing.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
